Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Support facility cleanliness and maintenance of warehouse equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
