Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping operations using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS system
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Comply with OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management systems and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
