Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Load/unload shipments from trucks and organize pallets in designated zones
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid government-issued ID for I-9 verification
