Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules and quality standards
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment following OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided by employer)
