Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to precise specifications and timelinesMaintain organized stock rotation and cycle counting systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with touchscreen devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
