Responsibilities
- Execute efficient receiving, put-away, and inventory control procedures
- Optimize order picking and packing processes with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/logistics experience or equivalent training
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficiency in basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to complete
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
