Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory according to company specifications
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layouts to optimize workflow
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and dock operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
