Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Load/unload trucks with proper material handling techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level welcome
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (not mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Blvd
- Flexible availability including weekends/overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
