Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Organize inventory in designated storage zones with barcode scanning
- Pick and pack orders according to packing lists
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment after training certification
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipment targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive facility
- Availability to work morning/evening shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
