Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders according to digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Prepare outbound shipments for regional and national distribution
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state ID for equipment operation certification
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
