Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Assist in shipping/receiving documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Willingness to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid government-issued ID and clean background check
- Reliable transportation to our Northland facility
- No experience required – we train motivated candidates
