Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanning technology
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations for seamless workflow
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and update records in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
