Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within designated zones.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Ensure all packaging materials are in good condition and properly labeled.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
