Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory checks and verify merchandise against packing slips.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure maximum space efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift certification provided upon hiring).
- Assist in packaging and preparing orders for shipping.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
