Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to shift-based work schedule
