Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners and labeling systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain organized stock rotation and inventory counts in compliance with company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking/packing targets and quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
