Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas following safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment preparation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification training
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
