Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, and stack materials within the warehouse.
- Perform loading and unloading of freight trucks and trailers with precision and speed.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and safety checks before and during shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (OSHA 10 or equivalent) is preferred but training may be available for qualified candidates.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
