Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to ensure safety compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train from scratch!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
