What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise and materials against purchase orders or receiving reports.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using various packaging materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using loading docks and forklifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Background check and drug screening required.
