Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with attention to detail
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technologies
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
