Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners or paper pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail with order accuracy
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville facility
- No prior experience required—training provided
