Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and standard warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed by the inventory control team.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, a willing attitude to learn is more important.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and move materials safely.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including loading docks and temperature-controlled areas.
