Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training) safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID for background screening
