Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory following company procedures
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report workplace hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
