Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and materials against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package products for shipment with accuracy and speed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
