Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing training certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Package and prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Maintain clean, safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
