Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of goods according to safety standards.
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and stock rotation (cycle counting).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation and a history of good attendance.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
