Responsibilities

- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations with 3PL partners and transportation teams
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout using WMS software to improve throughput by 25%
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Generate operational KPI reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in cold storage or distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Oracle, or SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor and sorting systems
- Data analysis capabilities using Excel or BI tools
