Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Pick/pack orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
