Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse setting
- Load/unload trucks and trailers with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (current or within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
