Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Manage inventory through scanning, sorting, and accurate record-keeping
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (including reach trucks) after proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
