Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials between warehouse areas and delivery vehicles safely.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, after certification.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and accuracy before processing.
- Package and prepare products for shipment using appropriate packing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
