Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks with speed and care to prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to maximize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from the facility.
- Background: Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and documents.
