Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards to prevent shipping errors.Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality quotas.Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as required by management.Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
