Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure all safety mechanisms and controls are functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling pallets accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL Class A or B is a plus but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
