Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly package items using appropriate materials and apply shipping labels to ensure safe delivery.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, conveyor systems, and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Must be comfortable with physical labor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support our 24/7 operations.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory for this position.
