Responsibilities
- Process and package customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in remote training sessions for equipment and software systems
- Assist in receiving shipments and verifying inventory records
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must reside in Washington state for remote onboarding support
