Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, packing, and staging merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with company safety protocols.
- Performing inventory counts and verifying stock accuracy to ensure inventory integrity.
- Assisting in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner during peak seasons.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and scanning.
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
