Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper safety protocols and equipment operation
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse technology systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
