Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory integrity.
- Inspect items for damage and package them securely to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
