Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. No prior experience is necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track inventory levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and flexible shifts.
