Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all materials.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during an 8-hour shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
