Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment issues
- Support receiving processes and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
