Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory items according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing certification training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse facilities
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Participate in regular team meetings to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
