Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Perform routine quality checks on outbound products.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train entry-level candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts.
- Reliable transportation to the Mesa area.
- Positive attitude and a strong team-oriented work ethic.
