Responsibilities
- Efficiently process, organize, pick, and pack customer orders for daily shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification a plus, but we will train the right candidates).
- Receive, unload, and accurately document incoming inventory shipments.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records using RF scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with strict safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proven physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending and twisting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston facility and punctual attendance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not strictly required.
