Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to move materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Load Preparation: Inspect, wrap, and secure products onto pallets or shipping containers for transit.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
