Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to our South Bay facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid California driver's license preferred
