Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory with accuracy
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and cleanliness
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must pass background check and drug screen
